I love sweet recipes so I thought I'd give a plug to the books that my favourites come from.

Afternoon Tea; Frankie Magazine
This book is great when I want to whip up something quick when having guests over. Full of yummy treats sent in by readers, there's some fun new things to try, as well as old favorites.
My favourite recipe: the one featured on the cover, yoyo biscuits.

After Toast; Kate Gibbs
This was given to me by my mother for my kitchen tea and has a bunch of easy recipes to broaden your cooking skills. It has definitely come in handy while finding my feet in the kitchen now that I'm out of home.

Crunch Time Cookbook; Michelle Bridges
While this book is marketed for "rapid weight loss" it's just a great all-round cookbook with good healthy, and really tasty food. Most days I'll cook something from this book and it's nice to have a sweet treat that you don't have to feel bad about. Whether you're looking to loose weight, eat healthy or just want a good feed, this is a great cookbook to have.
My favorite recipe: baked pears and ricotta with honey, sultanas and cinnamon (107 Calories a serve!)
Let me know what your favourite sweet recipes are!
Pears = sooooo tasty! Thoroughly enjoyed them tonight :)
